Final Thoughts
You just have to eat what you can stomach. I mean you should have a time when you can be more picky about making healthy choices when it comes to food, but when you are feeling crappy just eat what will go down and stay down. If that’s Twinkies and milkshakes for a while than so be it! Just don’t stop taking your prenatals for sure! And finally, congrats on little one! This will pass real soon☺
